Children With Loud Voices

I cannot concentrate. There are three enfants this apartment. Cat is so scared that he won't leave my room. They cry through the night. They cry during the day. I'm trying to study. Madame thinks I'm rude because I won't associate with the kids. I have this paper due and quietness would be helpful. I don't know where to go. I've been going to McDonalds but they're only open until midnight. The libraries were packed this afternoon, I couldn't find a seat ANYWHERE. Merde.
