Card Shower and Chocolate Fondue

I cried on the metro this morning. Just a few tears. I stopped by IES to pick up my mail before heading to Damien's. Awaiting me was a small package and 25 birthday cards. The package was from Fiona. She sent me birthday presents and easter candy! Tears and laughter. There was a card from Mander with a little birthday something. Tear. My dad sent a card with a simple message. Another tear. So on and so forth. Thanks to everyone who sent cards! It's so nice to know you're thought of even though you're so far away. It really made my day even more beautiful!

It's the second week of spring break. I wanted to celebrate my birthday, so I invited some people to chocolate fondue at Haagen Daas. There's an ice cream, fruit, and brownie fondue creation there which I love. I had fun and I'm hoping everyone else did as well. The conversations were rather random - but then again, what could be more interesting than that. Rock on.
